• A high-energy session focused on movement, cardio, and fun. Great for getting in shape while learning real tennis or pickleball skills.

Red Ball Group Tennis Lessons — Ages 7–8

• Tuesdays and Thursdays | 4:00–5:00 p.m.

• Dates: Tuesday, September 1 through Thursday, October 1

• Program length: 5 weeks (10 lessons)

• Cost: $230 ($23 per lesson)

• Class size: 3–6 students per coach

• Location: Shamrock Recreation Club

This beginner-friendly class uses red balls and age-appropriate instruction to help children develop tennis fundamentals, coordination, confidence, and a love for the game.

Registration

A minimum of three students is required for the class to take place. Late registration may be accepted if space is available, and the cost will be prorated.

Weather Makeups

If a lesson is canceled because of rain or unsafe weather conditions, it will be rescheduled for October 6 or October 8.

Missed Lessons

If your child misses a lesson because of illness or travel, one missed lesson may be credited toward the next group session in the spring, subject to availability. This credit is not transferable and has no cash value.

  • 5 weeks commitment (10 lessons).

  • $230 ($23/ lesson).

  • Typically work around the Oconee schools' schedule.

I'll bring the balls and cones, and I'll meet you at your court. Main focus is the Watkinsville/ Athens area.

Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time and schedule, please review the cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson:
No charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson:
The full lesson fee will be charged.

• No-shows:
Full lesson fee will be charged.

• Weather cancellations:
If lessons are canceled due to rain or unsafe conditions, the lesson will be rescheduled with no charge.

This policy helps keep the schedule consistent and allows other players the chance to book available times. Thank you for understanding.
